GL Tec Ltd Returns Policy and Procedure
Policy
All goods sold by GL Tec Ltd which is defined to mean either by direct in store purchase, or via the Company's web site carry a 1 year Return to Base warranty. It is the customers responsibility to return any item purchased from GL Tec to our retail counter address shown below;

Carriage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer both inward and outbound at all times. Any concession offered is entirely at the Company's discretion and is not guaranteed or offered. Acceptance of our terms and conditions will be taken upon attempted installation, opening of packaging or seals of any hardware or software purchased in store or via our website.
The Company are committed to providing a high level of customer service and to minimise any inconvenience caused by defective hardware. The Company will endeavour at all times to keep customers informed as to the status of the Return (RMA), and to replace the item in a timely manner. Any item which develops a fault during this period must be submitted for testing to GL Tec. Any item subsequently tested and found to be faulty will be replaced either directly by GL Tec, or the manufacturer dependant upon the nature of the fault and the availability of the supplier to replace the defective item. Any item submitted for testing which is found to be physically damaged will be refused and a testing fee may be levied at the company's discretion.
Procedure
To return any item within the warranty period please contact GL Tec to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authority, either directly in store, via e-mail, or by telephone, these details can be obtained via our website, or directly from customers purchase invoice. A written request either by e-mail, or by letter given to the Company in store stating the nature of the reported fault. Once a written request is received the RMA will be issued within 1 working day of receiving the customers request. Upon receipt of the RMA customers are requested to return the item/s either directly to the Company, complete with a clearly displayed RMA number, and a brief description of the suspected fault/error. All goods returned must be complete with original packaging, all cables, drivers, software and manuals in stock condition. Any item returned not complete may be refused at the Companies discretion.
Please note that insurance for goods in transit is the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that adequate insurance cover is taken as no responsibility will be accepted by GL Tec for any subsequent loss or damage to goods in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any item/s are adequately packaged to ensure that no damage is sustained to the item/s during transit. Should any transit damage be evident upon receipt of goods returned to GL Tec at the time of receipt from courier this will be noted with the couriers and the item refused as a valid return.
Acceptance of these terms will be understood by the Company as stated under our Policy terms.
